CAREFULL RIPOFF! I ate at La Roca at 1pm on February 22 with my girlfriend and her family. I paid with a credit card. The waiter took my credit card (in my county that's normal, but apparently not in Colombia). He returned with a receipt for 22K more pesos than the bill. The service had already been included. He must have charged me 22k more for the meal, signed the receipt, and returned the receipt to me thinking I wouldn't notice he overcharged me. CAREFUL!
