Namasté Vegan Food — Restaurant in Guatapé

Just ordinary food marketed as vegan food. Far away from my best food tried in Colombia. Poor services – in my case fast-food meal served without sauce (nobody ask me you if I want or not something). After 30min waiting the guy bring the food (they don’t speak english) and before I finish he came to me to tell that if I want sauce I should go myself downstairs to get something – obviously too late for this. Moreover, at the end knowing that I did not enjoy a piece of bread with French fries (core components of any fast-food meal from menu) he ask me excited – “did you enjoy the food? How it was?” Therefore, the workflow is 1. You go upstairs and order something (you should be carefully on stairs to not brake your head), 2. At some point a guy bring the food from ground. 3. If you have luck to know that sauce is a self-service, you should go with your food downstairs again and come back. Sign language is necessary if you don’t...

Sweets from a sweet!!! The staff here is amazing and I couldn’t feel anymore welcomed. Especially, since I’m here visiting internationally all alone. A special shout out the owner, he went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed to start my day since I was traveling to Medellín. Also, the location of this establishment was convenient. It’s so close to the town’s park where you see all the vendors, you can grab a souvenir and take gorgeous pictures of the church. Quite disappointed after all these nice pictures displayed here as well as the nice music playing. We’ll, There was only falafel served today, 4 tiny balls with unchewable fries which seem to have been from the day before and fried again. Really hard and not even my fork managed to spike them. Also something else, I think yuca fries which were not really fried at all. The sauce was good but the salad was also not fresh and at least one or two days old. The food was not made with love!!! Attitude of the guy preparing the food was quite ignorant and not friendly at all. Maybe he had a bad day today, but it doesn’t feel good to the customer after all.
