As far as Italians go this place is not bad! The calamari to start was really nice and not overdone - the batter was crispy and the sauce was amazing. I had the seafood pasta which was definitely homemade so bonus points, the sauce was delicious and loved the king prawns / mussels - some of the other seafood was a bit rubbery so would have preferred more mussels and prawns over the variety of squid etc. Cocktails were well made and I tried the steak which was very tender and well cooked - the little potatoes that come with the steak are like little pillows - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, yum! Slightly on the pricer side compared to some places in town but found Guatapé in general more expensive compared to the neighbouring towns (to be expected with so much tourism). First time I ate a tartare steak in Colombia and it might be the best i have ever had... All dishes are fantastic with products chosen carefully, intense flavors, great techniques and impeccable service.
