Street Food Tkalčića — Restaurant in City of Zagreb

We actually had a good time here. The food was good (I mean it's street food so we knew what to expect and weren't disappointed!), the service was fast and reliable and the waitress was nice and she spoke English. After walking up and down Tkalčićeva Street looking for something good to eat we decided to try the local street food and it was an excellent choice. My wife tried the Ćevapi (which was similar to our own native Mici) and I had a rather large serving of fries, potato croquettes and breaded cheese; everything was really good and the prices were decent for the area. Terrible service. Ordered three portions of fries. First they claimed they cannot wrap them to go. Then we sat on the terrace to wait for our order. The waitress rudely told us to get up because we were taking up a table that she needs for other customers. While FOUR large tables were free but wet from the rain and she didn't want to wipe them down. My friend and I told them we were hospitality professionals and that this is no way to do business or treat guests, and they asked us what we wanted from them and when we said an apology woulf be nice, the waitress rolled her eyes and said "sorry". I really have a lot of understanding for service teams, but this was horrible behaviour.
