Peppino's Gelato Garden — Restaurant in Dubrovnik

I wrote already one review but now I want to leave one in english so everybody can read about best ice cream ever.

Peppino's in Dubrovnik is a hidden gem, offering the most divine ice cream experience I've ever had. From the first spoonful, I was transported to a world of pure delight. Ice cream is good but the service was not. One of the girls is very rude. It didn’t happen once but twice. Thought it was a bad day the first time but clearly not.

Edit: The first rude encounter we experienced with this girl was when we came I think close to closing. The lights were still on and we tried to open the door. She saw us and started to aggressively shoo us away to tell us to go away. Okay that’s fine you are closed and maybe this was a one off. The next night we came earlier. The store was empty just me and my two colleagues again. It was the same girl from the previous night. I asked to tried the creme brûlée flavor. She gave it to me and I didn’t pay attention and put my dirty spoon in the clean spoon bucket. She saw and freaked out me. I apologized because it was a honest mistake. She took the spoons away aggressively threw them out and had an attitude afterwards. I understand it was annoying she had to throw out the spoons but it was an honest mistake. My colleagues and I were in shocked from her reaction. We all quickly order and left as we felt very unwelcome...

It’s one of the most popular gelato places out here in Dubrovnik, recommended even by tour guides. We have came across 2 branches on stroll in old town, but chose to eat here as its next to staircase which lead to our apartment, next close proximity to harbour. It was around 15 mins queue, each scoop is priced at 3.5 euros & if you take 2 scoops, it’s 7 euros. We have tried 5 flavours here- Golden ticket chocolate, Pistachio, Peppino’s maxi king, Sneaky peanut & caramel, Popcorn & chill. We found Sneaky peanut & caramel to be best of all, Golden ticket Chocolate is what my son liked. I found their cone to be the best of all the cones I had eaten so far, super crunchy & yum I liked cones even more than actual ice cream.

It’s great gelato shop but our favourite in Dubrovnik is not Peppino, its second best for us after trying out 4 gelato parlours but when it comes to cones- they...
