I had a truly disappointing experience with A Roma's customer service. When we entered the shop, we were greeted, which was a positive start. However, our hopes were quickly dashed when a young girl took a phone call and then returned to the counter, choosing to serve customers behind us instead of addressing us. To make matters worse, the next girl didn't seem to have a clear understanding of who was next in line. After we finally gave her our order, she proceeded to ask someone who arrived after us for their order again. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customers left us thoroughly unsatisfied with our visit.
