I'd come back to Cyprus just for that meal!

Amazing food, I had the calamari starter, lovely. Then the rack of lamb, I'm sure the chef knows how perfectly cooked the lamb was, and it really was! And I told them! But what put that dish into another lever was the herby risotto (would go just for that on its own, just wonderful) but also how well balanced and complimentary everything on the plate was and how much care, skill and thought went into everything!
