King Philip's Restaurant — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

It's Tuesday they have live music on we walked in and ok take this table here's the menu 3 choices is there a normal menu ah yes 1 between the 3 of us so far not so good we asked for sea bream on the special pork kebab on normal menu and stifado not got that would you like other stew items no was my answer I try swordfish 5 minutes later bread came out as custom in Cyprus 10 half slices 2 Marg??? Lovely family restaurant with nice food, they have there own little vineyard and serve it, worth a try! Also they serve the olives from their own trees, very delicious. And they prepared my souvlaki on the traditional fireplace, what a nice idea. They don’t speak a very good English but you can communicate. My husband speaks Greek so suddenly we were part of there relatives :)) and they fulfilled every desires of us, how cute. So all in all...

Philipos and his wife are both brilliant hosts. Not only do they provide a great service and cook good food but they are very happy to spend time chatting with you about Cyprus and recommending places to visit etc... you can also try the local "village wine" which is produced from vineyards owned by philipos!
