I left the restaurant feeling ripped off!!!!!

My beef dish was tough and chewy, I could taste the canned ingredients , I called the waitress and told her about it, and I was nice enough to share my secret beef tenderizer trick with them.

However, besides all of the issues , I was still going to give them a 3 star for their supper friendly waitress, that made things a bit easier to swallow...

but when they hit me with a 120 crown or extra $6 dollars for two glasses of tap water, I was very shocked

Not only i felt ripped off that I had to pay for the bad food but pay almost the same amount for 2 glasses of tap water. Practically the same price as I would pay for a reasonable great Thai food in Los Angeles. But this tiny place is in a tiny city of Brno in Czech Republic and yet they charge Los Angeles Prices.

Not only they lost my repeat business but they lost my recommendation.

I even told the waitress that I get over One million hits on my reviews as an international traveler, foodie and a businessman that understands the importance of customer service and damage or benefits bad and good reviews

And yet, they did not offer an apology nor took the charges for tap water off my bill.

that's why cheap minded restaurants with poor customer service ike this one will never make it big or become super successful in the restaurant world...and trust me after 40 years of traveling around the world and eating in all types of restaurants, the key to a successful restaurant is good food with fresh ingredients "not Canned", and a great customer service , which this restaurant completely failed in...

We came 3 people for a Friday dinner.

We ordered the so called traditional caramelized pork belly. And few other starts.

The dishes came out from the kitchen within a suspicious time frame of less than five minutes.

What followed was not less then a gastronomic disaster and service catastrophe -

The food was served cold, and salty to the level of vomit inducing/ uneatable to say the list. Rice in separate balls was clearly putted there in advance and managed to crust and dry in it.

For over 10 minutes we tried to get the attention of the only waiter which was preoccupied with anything but our crying for attention.

At the end of those ten minutes, one of us approached her and asked kindly for her attention.

We asked both in czech and in English for her to address the issues and provide smth which we could eat. She took the dishes away back to the kitchen.

After around 5 minutes the dishes were brought back, warm they were, but also somehow more salty. We try to explain with no avail. We left with horrible taste in the mouth, and hungry stomachs.

It’s a sad thing to see we’re MaY is standing from food and service point of view.

The only good thing is the interior, to whichwe most certainly won’t go back...

I went to may house yesterday for my friends birthday dinner . Both of us got food and it was the best Vietnamese food in brno but the waitress was super unprofessional. We asked her for chilly sauce and she just went on to our table and started putting the chill sauce on my friends plate herself and there was no chilli sauce left in the bottle anymore and even though they noticed that i dont have chilli sauce and most probably they knew that theres not enough sauce for two people they still didn’t care to get more so at the end i had no chilly sauce which is a must for me when i have dinner . Secondly we ordered nem ran chay and the waitress took my plate in the middle of eating my fried rolls which i found super rude and unprofessional as we expected a good service for paying so much . The woman in the service there needs an improvement. She surely ruined my dinner experience.

But as i talk about the restaurant, it was very clean , the food was outstanding and the toilets were very clean and atmosphere was so pretty...
