500 Restaurant, Pětistovka — Restaurant in Prague

EDIT: They rebranded themselves as a fancy type restaurant, which is a shame. Still have some fine lunch menus though!

Fantastic food for a fantastic price! I've decided to try this place out due to the relatively fast delivery time and wide selection. Sufficient to say I was not disappointed. The food usually gets to my house within 40 minutes, far surpassing any other restaurant I might order from. My favorite meal is the Bolonese spaghetti. What I like is that they let you choose from three different types of noodles. Also the sauce has a nice balance of meat to mush. While there is a slight abundance is veggies for my liking, I can handle it. Although I do have to say that the spaghetti varies in quality. Specifically, the amount of sauce. Sometimes there's just too much making the meal altogether unpleasant for whatever reason. The same goes for the mozzarella buns. This is a nice cheap little appraiser available at the restaurant, which is completely unpredictable. Each time, the buns are completely different and there's a different amount of mozzarella. However, I would say it's worth at least 3/4 times. Usually there's a deliciously high amount of mozzarella. Nevertheless, I the same cannot be said about the tiramisu. I invited some French colleagues for an aperitif in the aforementioned place, near the place where I live in Prague... where, having paid and greeted my colleagues, I stopped for dinner, as I often do... the food is not bad, even if it must be said, that a place to fill the bench,,, does not ask too much. the beer (as indeed in every place in Prague) is also good the mood of the young guys who work there, they are obliging ... this evening there was the paper that did not read, I communicated that I was coming tomorrow. the owner aggressively told me I had 5 minutes to pay. Restauraci 500, Pětistovku navštěvuji sám i s rodinou, s přáteli a také bych si ji vybral pro romantický večer a nebo obchodní schůzku a takový pocit mám už od chvíle jejich vzniku, potažmo mé první návštěvy před mnoha lety. Standardně, senior manageři a vrchní sem většinou nejdou jen na letní brigádu, je to životní styl a plní zde výborně své poslání skvělé obsluhy. Některé tváře vrchní obsluhy zde dokonce potkávám už snad deset let a nikdy mě nezklamali. Nabídka je zde široká a obsluze bych dal 4,5 hvězdičky, protože při posledních dvou návštěvách sice byli nesmírně ochotní a příjemní, leč ne na 100% si jistí novou nabídkou, jelikož mě výjimečně obsluhovali dva sice šikovní, ale přesto nováčci. Však to je pochopitelné. Atmosféra podniku bez hostů je velmi příjemná a už když přicházím, z dálky tuším velmi dobře fungující podnik na úrovni. Vzhledem k tomu, že je však zdejší cenová politika příznivá i pro návštěvníky ze sousedství, a já jsem ze sousedství a chodím sem rád běžně i na kafe, podnik vypadá velmi nóbl, tak se stane, že mezi hosty sedí někdo, kdo se chová příliš důležitě a otravuje tím normálního člověka, co se jen přišel najíst, nebo bavit. Vzhledem k tomu, že nemusím přetvářku a taky se rád zapovídám s dalšími návštěvníky, protože už jednou máme nápad jít do stejné restaurace, tak máme něco společného, občas musím kroutit hlavou nad nadutostí některých hostů, ale je to samozřejmě maličkost a ode mě malichernost, každopádně musím dát čtyři hvězdičky, ale za to může moje mládí a neposednost. Jinak nesmírně pohodlné a příjemné posezení a interiér zdobený broušeným starším dřevem, dřevem je podnik přímo proložen a provoňen a také škoda 500 nad barem vytváří příjemnou atmosféru. Nikdo sice není dokonalý, ale i přesto, že jsem zde jedl nespočet-krát, tak pouze jednou jedinkrát jsem nebyl na 100% spokojen s jídlem a to pouze proto, že jsem si přál krvavý, ale dostal jsem propečený steak během obědů, když zde bylo narváno. Obsluha mi jej však okamžitě, když jsem se připomněl, vyměnila a ještě jsem dostal výborný dezert jako omluvu. V každém dalším případě jsem byl nadmíru spokojen, dnes jsem si dal výborný Supa Buga, minule pizzu Pippo s tyrolským špekem, mladými hříbečky a lanýžovým olejem a nejen tato jídla zde jsou skvostná, výborná a nemusel jsem na ně nijak dlouho čekat. Takže kuchaři se klaním a dávám 5 hvězdiček.
