Crème de la Crème - Pěkný kaštany — Restaurant in Prague

Last Friday I was there at the end of the day, there was only 2 or 3 people in the queue including a man, wearing extremely simple clothes and his attitude was very shy, he did not bother anyone, waited in the queue when it was his turn to order, an older lady who was working there that day yelled at him to know which flavour he wanted, he said he did not know any ( with a very low voice, you could see he was very shy/uncomfortable), so she said she would choose for him, different than other clients she again yelled at him asking : DO YOU HAVE THE MONEY? DO YOU HAVE 109 CROWNS?? Again, very shy he handed his money to her, a 200 crown bill, she returned his change, and only after payment she gave him the ice cream (they always give you the ice cream before you pay...). He moves his hand to grab a spoon, which is available to customers, and I see her and two younger girls who also work there, looking at each other with such disapproval face... Not enough, he turned and went to grab a chair to sit, near the window, and the older lady again very rude, yell to him to sit somewhere outside, saying " HERE NOT, DON'T SIT HERE". As I mentioned before this man cause NO problem there, he did not even argue back, he just left with his ice cream. Many things came to my mind at the moment and I just could not reply the way I wanted to this lady, however I do feel sorry for such a behaviour. We went there to drink some coffee. The barista told us she can prepare any coffee we want, as there was no standard menu. We asked for an americano and coffee latte. And it was one of the best we ever had! Really smooth, rich flavor and nice balance between the acidity and bitterness. I can tell it was not only thanks to the high quality of coffee beans, but the technique of brewing as well. And they have ice cream too! Oh, let me tell you... It was the best ice cream I've ever had! Chocolate with cherries, coconut and orange jagermaister. And my girlfriend had pistachio, stracciatella and strawberry sorbet. Creamy, rich flavor, simply amazing. Nothing I would change, it was perfect. The price was ok, the cafe staff were very nice and advised ice cream flavors in English without any problem.
