15.03, around 11 PM, me and my friends were starving, wandering around, trying to find a diner that could work for all of us. we needed a spot with both vegan and non-vegan options, but most importantly, something actually GOOD
we finally walked into this place, and damn, I was instantly charmed. the vibe was nice, but what really hit different was the service. the girl at the counter – absolute gem. havent seen service like that in ages – super kind, patient, and attentive
as a vegan, I asked if they had anything for me, and even though there was nothing specific on the menu, she just straight-up offered to make me a tortilla with seitan, veggies, fries, and guacamole dip. i meaaan, they literally made it special just for me. thats some next-level hospitality
and let me tell you – this tortilla was insane. one of the best I’ve ever had. perfect balance of flavors, just the right amount of dipping, seitan and spices 10/10
if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about both their food and their customers, this is it.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! (didnt even take a photo – ate everything...

Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had! I can't say I've had a lot of fancy chicken. Most of the time I just grab some KFC and that's about it. While this is more expensive, I definitely see the superior quality. Most importantly, there's a lot of chicken. The stripes are basically chicken covered in a thin crust. In contrast, KFC stripes have barely any chicken and most of the stripes are the crust. Secondly, the chicken is high quality. Really, I bit into it and it was white throughout. Meanwhile, KFC stripes look a bit strange. Of course, this is not just an aesthetic issue. The difference in taste is indescribable, but highly noticeable. I can also definitely recommend the French fries. They're really crunchy in the best way possible. They also have a perfect crust to inside ration. I only had the small ones, but it was almost definitely enough. They also have free WiFi,...
Read moreI have waited a long time to go for some good fried chicken here in Prague and I'm really sad to say how disappointed I was in my experience at Chickin.
I got the combo menu of 3 strips, a sauce, fries, and a side. The quality of the meat of the strips were good but I was really disappointed that the strips themselves were soft and NOT crispy.... They were just taken from a warming drawer and put onto my tray. I worked in fast food for a while when I lived in North America and it is as easy as throwing them in the oil for like 30 seconds to a minute to freshen them up a bit and get crispy again.
The other thing I was extremely disappointed in, if not disgusted by, was that I got a kimchi side and that kimchi was DEFINITELY BAD - expired / rotten / no good - it was soft, saggy, and definitely had that characteristic acidic/sour taste characteristic of food gone bad. Please, check your products to ensure they haven't gone bad before your serve them! =/
The fries were quite good. Hot, fresh, and crispy, and the only reason this review got a...
