Boom! Right in the heart of Letná, there's this cosy spot - Dim Sum Spot. You walk in, and bam – it's like a cosy retreat from the world. The vibe? It's all about feeling right at home. Not your typical stuffy business joint, but a place where everyone's welcomed like family. And hey, they actually walk you to your table – a classy move that’s too rare around here unfortunately - as I always point out.
Dumpling heaven: The real deal Now let’s talk food. This place is all about dumplings, and they nail it! We're talking pork dumplings with Asian mushrooms, beef with spring onions and coriander – every bite is a flavor explosion. They're little parcels of joy. Perfect for that post-lunch, pre-dinner craving. And the green tea? It’s like rediscovering tea all over again.
Service with a smile: spot on The service here? Spot on. It’s not just about eating; it’s about feeling good while you do it. They serve up warmth and comfort. Sitting you down away from the wintering door? That’s thinking about the customer right there.
Secret garden: A summer must-visit And here’s the inside scoop – they’ve got a garden! I was there in winter, but I’m telling you, I can’t wait to check it out in the summer. Imagine munching those dumplings surrounded by greenery!
Wrap-Up: Why you gotta go So, here’s the deal – you’ve got to check this place out. It’s perfect for a chill hangout with friends or even flying solo. If you’re all about great dumplings and a place that feels like a second home, Dim Sum Spot Letná is your go-to. Trust me, you...
Read moreA bit tricky to find as the sign outside it small, but it's right in the place that you see on the google map. You go to the end through a passage as seen on the video by Honest Guide "5 New Amazing Places You Should Visit".
Went in around midday. It was busy and I was asked if I had a reservation, but luckily there was one table available. Very good food, lots of choices of fillings, with vegetarian/vegan options available, and also sweet options for desert. Reasonably priced. Great service. Had the feeling that everyone could speak English brilliantly so no problems with communication whatsoever, despite the restaurant being not in the touristy city center. My personal downside is using chopsticks. I didn't ask, but I hope there's an option of using cutlery available for useless people like me - LoL. Worth visiting here, and I would go...
Read moreI’ve been seeking for such place in Prague for a long time and I am so happy I was finally invited to something like Dim Sum Spot. Their dumplings are amazing, exactly what it supposed to be: simple street food, tasty with the real spicy flavors. We’ve tried almost all combinations of dumplings and every single type was outstanding. My favourite were Uruguay style lamb dumplings on Special with freshly cooked habanero sauce (chilly lovers will definitely appreciate). The best part was the ability to mix your own sauce which is definitely an extra pleasure because I know just how I like it. The service was also a spot-on, we’ve got nice menu recommendations from the waiter and free sauce degustation at the end. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, they’ve got really cute garden outside. The price is above average. I will...
