The stuff is terrible, not able to handle 5 tables, ignoring customers, arrogant. Having empty tables they say people that everything is reserved and not letting people to eat there. The waiting time to make an order is more than 20 minutes. The menu was extremely stinky. When they brought tea they forgot cups and were ignoring to bring it, even arguing that they did but there was nothing on a table! The food. We went for Czech mussels week. Stuff didn’t know the menu, has to show them on mine own phone. We ordered 3 different mussels which in reality were all the same in a red sauce and stinky, the smell from the paper menu was exactly from them. For two dishes there was supposed to be pinsa bread and the waitress was arguing that they don’t know anything about it. And they don’t care who invented that menu, that they always just bring one focaccia. So I had to show them menu and point on that. The mussels itself weren’t good unfortunately. Very sorry for that place. The waitresses destroying that place, definitely recommend to change them! And waitress offered to confront the women in the kitchen if we didn’t like the food. Also asking me as a customer how long do I live in Czech Republic… well, that wasn’t a friendly question, but that’s even...
Read morePrague has no shortage of great restaurants with wonderful food and ambiance, but this bistro is a true gem and easily one of my favorites! Tucked away from the touristy areas, it offers a perfect spot to enjoy an excellent drink (yes, even Aperol Spritz!) and an unforgettable meal. Being a fan of traditional Czech cuisine, I ordered the classic "knedlík and omáčka," and wow—what an incredible experience! The smooth, creamy dill sauce paired with a perfectly tender slice of beef was a true delight. It’s traditional Czech food, but elevated to a more modern, sophisticated level. I also had the shrimp salad, which was fresh and crisp, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection—soft and almost flaky in texture. I couldn’t resist trying my friend’s French fries, which were perfectly crispy and made from real potatoes. They didn’t disappoint! To top it all off, I indulged in their tiramisu, and let me just say—it was fantastic!!! Rich in flavor, with a perfect balance of mascarpone, coffee, and liqueur, topped generously with cocoa. This was an outstanding late lunch experience, five stars experience, from start to finish, in a relaxed, modern setting with great service. I can't wait to come back next time I'm in Prague....
Read moreVERY RUDE WAITER, THERE IS NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER. As we sat down because we came from a long walk. We drink our bottled water outside. Since we were very thirsty and we will be eating our dinner in this restaurant. The waiter aggressively told us DONT DRINK HERE. It is not allowed the drinks from outside. We understand that the rules are rules. But you cannot say that aggressively and in a rude way to someone that they cannot drink a water. Show some politeness and compassion since you are working in food and beverages but sadly there is no hospitality in this restaurant. I wonder how this people are working. We was happy that we found a good menu downstairs of our hotel. But the attitude is sickening...
