The restaurant itself is clean and service is good. I wouldn't say it is anything above good, but in terms of atmosphere and service, there isn't really anything to complain about (but I can imagine it being even better).
Now about the food. Before the review itself: I was told those should be one of the best burgers in Prague and because of that I went for the burger, not for the tacos, nor spare ribs. I was a little disappointed when the menu consisted of 3 types of burgers, where difference between two of them was an onion and mushrooms (otherwise those two were the same burgers). There were also new pork belly burger special - asian style with hoisan sauce and vegies. I ordered medium sized smash burger with fries and sauce and gf had the pork belly special. The smash burger taste overall taste is good. The meat is juicy and soft. And the bun? I think this is the main selling point of the restaurant. It is unique, warm and very soft. I wouldn't definitely say that it is a bad burger, but I had better. It is certainly above average, but not the best burger in Prague at all. By the taste I would rate it 7 out of 10. The pork belly burger was disappointing. When I tried it, I expected the taste to be built around pork belly. It was rather built around the veggies and the pork belly was completely lost in the taste. Fries are just standard jouvinelle style that can be bought everywhere pre-fried. Sauces were good, but the same level of good as anywhere in Prague. I also don't think that the meal size was adequate to the price (almost 500 CZK/person and I wasn't even full).
Overall, I don't think the burgers here are bad, but the price/value/taste is terrible. I am glad I tried their buns, but I don't think I'll return...
Read moreAs someone who eats burgers quite a lot and I’ve had a lot enough to make my leaderboard, this is so far the Top 1. I could recommend you a cheaper alternative in the city center, which also does a great job, called Burger Service, but for now let’s focus on FTFCK.
Food overall was the best, out of this world. I’ve never had such juicy and soft smash burger in my life. The bun is so soft, well made, 10/10, not even over exaggerating. ingredients are so flavorful, just as the smash sauce. The patties are from a local butcher, which you can trust and it just all makes sense. See photos for yourself. Also try the local craft beer. I personally liked it. Though I must say, it looked like the pint was undersized, both times we’ve been there.
Prices are more on the higher level, but you have my word, once you taste one of these, you won’t regret and realise those were well spent money. You’ll probably never want to eat at your local smash burger house, or at least you’ll always think back of FTFCK.
Overall, the best place you can eat at when we’re talking smash burgers in Prague. I strongly recommend getting a reservation 1-2 days in advance as the seating is subject to availability and the restaurant is usually fully booked. They also have 2 other places in Prague, one at Bělohorská street and one take-away-only at...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of dining at Fat Fuck, and I have to say, it was hands-down one of the best burger spots I’ve ever visited. The burgers were absolutely incredible — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with fresh, delicious toppings. Every bite was an explosion of flavor!
A huge shoutout to our server, Vojta, who made the experience even better. Vojta was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their energy added such a great vibe to the meal.
The food was so good that I didn’t even have time to take a picture before diving in. If you’re craving amazing burgers and outstanding service, Fat Fuck is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back for...
