Wang Fu Jing — Restaurant in Prague

Authentic family run Chinese restaurant. I have been going here for years. The portions are always big and the food is extremely tasty and excellent. Great value! For a treat, I recommend the dishes on the hot plates. They bring them out sizzling and you can scoop it out at your own pace on the the rice and it always stays hot! I like the 8 treasures meal this way. Also, M50 with the duck is delicious. If you want something not as filling, try the fried noodle dishes. Drinks are reasonably priced and great beer on tap. I swear this is the worst Asian (Chinese) meal I have ever had in my life, and I grew up eating them. The beef tastes like it has been soaked in MSG or something similar. All the dishes we ordered smelled terrible and it made us want to vomit. This isn’t Asian food adapted for Europeans because it shouldn’t taste like this at all. It’s just disgusting. In category of ttypical Praguish asian cheap bistros, there is not much that you could do better then Wang Fu Jing. The food is very nice and still extremely cheap.
