Fresco Vento — Restaurant in Prague

Edit: I would like to thank the owner for taking time writing the answer. Unfortunately none of what was said is true. When I was ordering, I specifically asked for the jug with mint and lemon. After my order, the waiter did not ask anything else (whether we will be eating or what would my partner like to order). And simply took our menus and while saying “we don’t serve this here” left. My partner was shocked, as he didn’t even get to order. Of course we understand that restaurants have to make their money, especially during this time. But as I mentioned, due to my dietary restrictions I could not order anything else. My partner thought wanted to have a drink, possibly food later. I don’t think that if a customer comes to your restaurant and politely orders some items from the menu should be declined or treated this way.

Ordered two pizzas, asked for one ingredient to be removed from each pizza, and one ingredient to be added to one of the pizzas. They charged for the one ingredient added (fair enough), BUT managed to remove yet another ingredient from one of the pizzas (the main reason I ordered this exact pizza). Explanation was that the chef found this ingredient to be similar with one one I asked to be removed, so he/she removed both. We each ordered one scoop of ice cream for dessert. We waited longer for these than for the pizzas (20-25minutes!) When the owner came with the bill he was very focused on the fact that the bill was with no tip included, and that they “expected” 10%. When I described that they screwed up the order and took more than 20minutes to serve two scoops of ice cream, that was excused by “new employees”, and apparently wasn’t anything that should affect the expected tip. He himself added the 10% to the amount before charging my card. Didn’t want to start arguing with him. In my book tips are something you “earn”, and not by getting the orders wrong and taking forever serving a simple dessert. Pizzas was ok, but will not...
