IPPA CAFE Hrad — Restaurant in Prague

Wonderful location, delicious pastries and desserts, and interesting drinks! I appreciated the refreshing grapefruit and peach lemonade, it was absolutely wonderful. My husband was happy with his coffee. But the food! It's like flying 1st class for the first time. A whole other league to the desserts I've been eating until then! I chose the mango. I swear it looks just like a real-life mango. You can't tell the visual difference at all! And oh my god, the texture! It melts like a cloud on your tongue. Soft mango mousse that is filled with juicy mango meat and liquid. Yum! My husband is more of a traditional dessert kind of person, so he took the apple strudel, and it was the best he's ever had! He said he would actually love to come back here again next time we're in Prague to have more of the strudel! All in all, the visit was not cheap, but that is to be expected with that kind of experience! I think it's worth the price, and I won't mind paying it...

I had here the BEST LEMON PASTRY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! The staff was really sweet and forthcoming and we couldn’t decide which of these pieces of pastry-art to try. As a lemon lover I went for the lemon 🍋 tart and it was mind- and mouth-blowing!! A cold yellow chocolate coat cracks softly open and reveals the finest lemon-creme with a cool lemon-passionfruit curd filling. 😋 The coffee ☕️ was of a high quality, really nicely roasted and my Americano was not watery at all but had a strong fine aroma. The interior is a beautiful pause of fine socialism-inspired mosaic-murals to all the pomp and old style of the castle and fits tastefully into the beauty of Prague’s Art Nouveau air… Nice: The restrooms for guests are...

The worst restaurant I have ever been. The waitresses behaved in a very rude way. When I asked her to be polite she resent and stopped serving us. Then I ordered a tortilla without bacon, however they served us the tortilla with bacon and I asked them to change it. Instead of changing tortilla they took out the bacon and served it back to me. I told them to bring a new one without bacon and I ll pay for both, they decided to serve a new tortillas. This was the worst...
