After going there to lunch in the past 2 years, today evening I encountered a really bad surprise. We were 4 people in total and we ordered duck (langos), grilled chicken breast, sausage and roasted pork knuckle. We made it clear that we wanted all those plates well cooked.

Unfortunately, out of those 4 dishes, only the sausage was delicious and well cooked. The rest was at best boiled, not grilled, not cooked. The waitresses wanted to convince us that those dishes were cooked in the oven, but this was not true.

The disturbing thing was that they didn't let their story go and they kept on pushing to convince us their opposite story. They pretended to get upset and feel uncomfortable, but they insisted to make us pay the entire bill without any sign of regret.

At the end they came up with the most mindblowing thing, check this out: they brought 4 bonbons to make it up to us!!!

I was here with my partner in February 2023 for Valentine's day, and I came back here January 6th 2024 to celebrate a former classmate's birthday. It was a wonderful experience both times to me, although the second time we came we ended up having one more person to our reservation than we had planned, and the staff was evidently upset about it. I understand that it's upsetting, I was not in charge of the reservation and had I been in charge + had I known an extra person was joining, I would've let them know. However, having worked in the service industry myself I never ever ever would've made customers feel bad about such a small modification in a reservation. My former classmate was visibly embarrassed, and I felt bad for her.
