Mangal Restaurant — Restaurant in Prague

i couldn’t resist not complaining about the receptionist Mia, the blonde female over there, she was extremely rude with us, even though i tried my best to sit and while i was waiting for my food i have seen so many families ask her for a table but she let them leave instead telling them that they closed or it’s reserved, at by that time it was only 5pm & guaranteed that i have seen 3 families leave because the food is either late, or she’s telling them it’s full. Even some guys came & they got mad at left the income of the restaurant will decrease & everyone will hate the restaurant because of here, if she stayed like this. However the 2 men’s over there, The short & tall guy, were extremely polite after, even though my order got late for more than 40 mins, they tried to make sure that i’m good and gave me a salad as a apology for the long time. honest talk, the food is extremely delicious, so crowded and that means everyone loves their food, bad service because of mia, never wanna go again just because of her, and would not recommend it for anyone, except if they’re willing to get treated in a bad way from the...

If I could give 0 star, I would gladly do that. We walked a whole day and wanted to take some take away food as we had a tired infant with us. Only one of us volunteered to go inside and place the order, get it done and leave. During that time (ca. 7:15pm) there were only 2 waiters. Waiter 1 (a girl) was not interested in paying attention gave me a menu and asked to see and order, but she never returned to me. I had to walk to Waiter 2 (an Asian looking guy) and give my order. As there were many (food for 4), I wanted to repeat my orders, and he was like I know I know and left. Once the food was ready, the waiter 2 snapped his fingers to me and said your food is ready. I have been told all my life not to snap fingers to anyone and that list included waiters. Here I was, where a waiter snaps his fingers to customers. Meanwhile, I wanted to taste their Ayran, when Waiter 1 comes with least interest and places it on my table. Now the food: Sis Tawuk was so blandly marinated, that we could not even taste a hint of salt in it. They were all small portions for inflated price. Horrible...

The grill was great but bulgar was not good. The service I got that the worst I got ever in my life. 2 guys were taking the order but not professional. He gave us meal without giving any spoons, napkins then I had to wait and then call them to ask for these. The restaurant is close at 11 pm and we went there by 9.30 pm still they were doing the cleaning for closing and don't come to the table.

I had to find and asked for all the basic things even for the water. After the meal we had to wait for the desert for at least 20 minutes and they didn't even come to our table to take out used plates. Very unusual and disgusting behaviour.

Even though after providing the desert he went for cleaning and gossip without giving new plates for eating.

This was my 1st and last to go to that restaurant. I would rather go to another turkis restaurant. They just...
