The location is excellent, it’s closed to supermarkets, shopping area, trams and underground, restaurants. After booking via booking.com, the hotel was made 50 Kc preauthorized transaction for checking our card and it was funded after 2 weeks. The check-in process was online and easy, we sent all guest names and passport no. after payment. The hotel sent a room key code by email 1 day before. I stayed in 4-bedroom duplex apartment for 8 people in April. The room was as same as shown in the hotel website, spacious and clean. The room’s located on the 4th floor. There was a lift from ground for to 3rd floor, and there were about 15-20 steps to the 4th-floor room. The duplex contained 2 floor, upper an lower floor. There was 2 1/2 bathroom, which were 1 toilet room and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet on lower floor, and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet on upper floor. The bathtub was too closed to the ceiling. There was no enough space to stand and take shower in bathtub even though I’m only 166 cm tall so I had to sit in bathtub to take shower instead. The most important problem for me was hot water. It’s not stable and enough for 8 people even though it’s April, not too cold weather. In the first night there were out of water but we wait about 1/2 hour the hot water was back. In the 2nd night stay, it was also out of hot water after 4 people had been shower. we also waited for central heating water. After waiting for 1/2 hour and the water was still cold and I looked at the machine which was located in the lower bathroom making sure that the hot water machine was not work properly. I called the number that the hotel provided. It’s automatic answer and the staff called me back after 20 minutes. I told him about the central heating machine might not work properly, he said he could not help and he would send a technician tomorrow morning. Read moreI would like to give 0 star reviews for the check in process. Plus 0 star to agoda itself for not having any support system. Auto bots wont help if there is some concern regarding the property. 0 customer service from Agoda. Atleast they should have message service like other platforms so that we get connected to the property. I don't understand when u charge the full amount and the booking is confirmed than what's the wait for contacting you for self check in process. You should send the link for online registration and access code right away. I booked amd paid in full and 4 days before my check in date I started contacting them via emails but no response at all. I was travelling with a 3 years old kid along with baggage amd they didn't even bother replying once. They don't have any reception at the property. So when I reached infront of the apartment there is no help. I tried to call them but no response again. Wasted good 1 hour and than git to know that their office is 15 mins walk from the apartment 🙄. Luckily I found one of the house keeping staff which gave e me another number to try. I had to ask a random guy for phone as I was only carrying international e sim. So finally they attended the call the guided me the process which took again 40 mins. Now about the apartment itself 10/10 for everything. Very central location near to everything by walk. Just 10 mins walk from central station. It was perfectly clean with all amenities and beautifully decored. Nothing to complain at all.
