Mr. Pham Vinohradská — Restaurant in Prague

Maybe my favorite meal in Prague. To be fair, that's partly because where I live in Europe there are very few Asian restaurants. But I did live in Asia, and I can say Mr. Pham's was up there with the best food in SE Asia.

Pad Thai was amazing (and not even a dish I normally care for - pretty basic). But this hit all the flavors and was awesome.

Lo Mein is straightforward as well, but this was just GOOD. Don't really know how to explain it. Sometimes people magically get it exactly right.

Also, the young woman who answered the phone spoke great English and had our takeaway ready in 15 minutes. Served with a really friendly smile and demeanor too.

Really great Asian cuisine! Thai soup well balanced, not too spicy. Korean style udon with beef was so tender and juicy. All of the used vegetables are fresh and very tasty. Nothing is overcooked. I also have a crispy duck with veggies and rice and it was much better than any other ordinary Asian place you can go in Prague. Prices are more than reasonable if you consider the quality of meal you can get here. Very lovely place and lady at the bar is always smiling and taking care of costumers. Will be...

Vegans beware! I ordered a meal from the vegan section but received a dish with fried egg mixed in. For me it was acceptable but seems like the chef doesn't possess the professional expertise. The mango in my maki was really dry and not ripe at all, it was not peeled correctly, some pieces still had the green peel visible, I had to spit out some pieces as they were too hard to swallow, simply unacceptable... Did not taste any lemon grass in my fruit lemon...
