Pizzeria Ristorante Roma Uno Non-Stop — Restaurant in Prague

Do not recommend. We were a group of 7 people. We had to wait approx 20min for someone to take the order and there was not a lot of people in there. The waitress took the order of everyone but me and left. Had to walk and call her back so she could take my order. Eventually, everyone was served except me. After waiting 5 min, I had to walk again to ask if the food was coming. After waiting for a few more minutes as they were checking with the kitchen, they realized that they didnt actually register my order. They asked, when half of my friends had already finished eating, if that was OK for me to wait a few minutes more to be served. I left and ate at a very good Mexican restaurant nearby. Based on the food that was served to my friends - pizzas seemed fine, pasta ok but a strong smell of garlic, fries very likely frozen before reheating. Overall, food OK, should not have big expectations, however the service was terrible and made the experience very unpleasant to...

Never got to try the food. There was no host to greet you outside so I went in and asked if I could sit outside. The guy said "yes." I sat there for a while and no one came. Went inside and asked for a pizza and a beer from the same guy as before. He says okay. My beer came in five minutes, then I sat and waited 50 minutes for my pizza. Finally went inside to ask about it and the guy had "forgot" to put my order in. I refused to pay for the beer and left. He threw a fit and chased me down the street so I stopped and talked to him. He tried making excuses about how busy it was (honestly it didn't look that busy, no one outside was eating), and I said it didn't matter how busy it was, that it was totally unacceptable that he hadn't even put my order in when I had been waiting since 8pm and it was now 9 and I would have a hard time finding other options. I reiterated that I was leaving to take my business...

Very good food, I tried pizza and lasagne. Pizza was a little bit too salty but overally good, lasagne was very well seasoned, just like it's supposed to. Waiters were polite enough and can speak english. The only instance when I had problem with a staff member was when we brought our own water without a knowledge it's not allowed and the older waitress was pretty obnoxious about it, forcing us to read drinks menu, glancing at us constantly when walking by and treating us like we are not trustworthy. We didn't had such problems with other staff members though. Atmosphere is a bit more pub like but for me it's fine, it gives off vibes of an authentic czech place. Overally I can recommend going there for a nice Italian food in good quantity...
