First time visited this restaurant with friends. Ordered food, my curry was given with rice in different bowl. I was weirded out but okay, after I asked is it extra which they said yes. Money is not a problem, but I think it should be disclosed in the menu and also verbally as well that rice is extra and not given with curry. Maybe I did not want a rice bowl. The shrimp soup which was given by mistake I guess (also not a problem) because we ordered something different, maybe the waitress did not understand us no problem. But the soup was extra small and with maybe 2 pieces of shrimps in it hahaha. The menu in this restaurant also is not disclosing how many grams food is, what is included (like no rice for e.g.). I ordered beef soup here. However, the food came out very different from the menu photo (2nd photo). I looked at the second picture and ordered it, but the food I actually received was the dish in first photo. When I complained about this, the waiter made an insulting comment, saying, “This is just a picture. Should I put some kimchi in the soup?” The pictures on the menu are descriptions of the food. If the photo and the menu are completely different, why didn't you write an additional explanation? Nevertheless, I feel really bad that she didn't even apologize to me and said it was just a photo and said insulting things to me. Do you think I can just add kimchi to the soup because I am Korean? Your reply just proves the arrogant and rude attitude of your team. Not once did your waitress apologize to me, and we still paid the full price with no discount – despite me not eating even a single bite.

After seeing your response, it's clear your restaurant chooses to ignore customer feedback and take a high-and-mighty stance instead of improving. That’s really disappointing.
