Bagerdygtigt — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Bad & overpriced I tried it some time ago, asked for white bread (asked specifically for ciabatta type) and croissants. Got brown bread and the worse croissants I ever had in my life. They were big, but only air in it, dough not risen, see the pix, and the taste had nothing to do with croissants, the consistency was like glue. It was the second time I asked for ciabatta and got brown bread, even though I insisted on it. Plus there was quite of a waiting time, a group had came in just before, the logic would be to serve the person alone first, not the 6 undecided guys. Expensive and not good at all. Breakfast time ruined. But...

This was a nice bakery - the cinnamon bun and tart were great and tasted very fresh! The coffee was also good and there was a cozy atmosphere. Our only issue is that on Apple Maps this bakery is literally called “Bagerdygtigt Glutenfri” so we were a little confused when we arrived and there was only one gluten free option, this does not detract from the quality of the place it was just a bit surprising! Maybe it would be a good idea to have this changed...

They are not wearing masks, they touch every single piece of wienerbrød with their bare hands to rearrange them in the window but when they serve a customer they use the bread tongs which literally makes no sense anymore. Also while rearranging the bread loafes she dropped like ten of them on the floor. They were putting them away while we were still in the shop but when we sat outside we saw them putting the loafes back into the store window for sale....
