The service definitely was 4 stars when it comes to their positive attitudes and kindness. However the food took AGES to come out to the point we almost decided to abandon it, and it also was terrible. The “pizza roll” was a piece of bread cooked in the oven with a tiny bit of cheese on top, and a side dish of KETCHUP. Wow... This is a hidden gem in Copenhagen. I went here on a Thursday afternoon without any expectations and I'm simply in love with the place. I got a beer and vegetarian buffet for 99 kroner! I talked to one of the waitresses and she explained to me that it was a social economic business hiring social vulnerable people. This is a must visit if you come to Copenhagen! Worst experience ever. Took over an hour to make a “toast” which was cold/not done and way to small to even charge money for. When we tried to complain/get our money back, the little blond waitress was shouting and making a scene until the kitchen lady stepped in and told her to relax and give us our money back. Very unpleasant. Will never return to that place. Don’t go if you want other things...
