I’ve had the opportunity to live in Asia for over four years, so my expectations for ramen and similar dishes are admittedly high. With that perspective in mind, this place was okay—but a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor and overall execution.

The Chicken Gyoza arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing, and the kimchi lacked spice and depth—tasting more like it had just come out of the fridge than something freshly prepared. I ordered the pork ramen with regular noodles and added extra eggs and mushrooms. While the broth had decent flavor, it was only lukewarm, and the eggs were noticeably cold—likely not warmed through until they sat in the bowl for a while. The portion of pork was modest (just two pieces), and there weren’t quite enough noodles to balance out the rest of the bowl.

That said, there are positives. The space between tables is generous and comfortable, making for a relaxed dining experience. Service is quick—food comes out fast after ordering. With a little more attention to detail and care put into each dish, I believe this place has strong potential.

Given the location and the competition nearby, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, but if you’re in the area, hungry, and looking for something fast and filling, it’s worth trying at least once. Your experience might differ depending on...

Good god, where do I begin? It all started out on the rainy streets of Copenhagen. After a good long day of walking around getting out steps in, learning, seeing, absorbing and basking in the brilliance that were the Danish channels, we were famished. That's when we stumbled across a humble street sign which proclaimed the existence of this fine noodle establishment. Much like a ray from God washing across the wrinkles of our tired faces, we mumbled in unison with a single tear rolling down our eyes "Good God, that just what we needed" (and it doesn't even cost that much). We trundled up the stairs as fast as our weary feet could bring us, and was greeted by the warm welcome of the wait staff. Much like the noodles that the blessed kitchen produced, this review is getting very long. So I will leave you guys with this.

The noodles were absolutely delicious. And I mean it. Come to this store as I think I have formed an eternal emotional bond with the taste of ramen here.

TLDR: I was hungry and the food...

We ordered pretty fast, after 25 minutes we realised that our drinks aren’t here yet, but tables that arrived later (20 minutes later than us!!) got their drinks already. We asked one of the waiter, where our drinks are. She looked but that’s it from her. More than 5 minutes later another waiter came and asked us if we already went up to order! I literally gave the same waiter my order 30 minutes earlier. She came afterwards and told us that the order got lost and isn’t in the system…. We had to reorder and got offered a free side dish for the inconvenience. After we reordered, we still had to wait 15 minutes again for our drinks, I had to go up and asked if we can get at least our drinks, it was just two Fritz Kolas, no fancy drinks that take time to prepare. Besides that we didn’t even had cutlery at our table. At the check-out, they luckily removed the drinks from the bill and we just paid for the ramen. But for over a 50 minute wait, it was not worth it, the soup was lukewarm, I was already too tired to...

Heard about Himitsu from social media. Their Glutenfree option was what cought my attention. The Glutenfree ramen was very good, flavorful, the noodles they used are soft and smooth, the crispy tofu was delicious (saying that as someone who doesn't prefer tofu). I recommend all Celiacs or gluten intolerant people to try their Glutenfree Ramen. My boyfriend got the Spicy Miso soup with pork, which he found extremely good. Surprisingly filling, and told me it was a good place I picked. Overall a perfect place for a date and delicious ramen.
