What a lovely place! Me and my friends had just gone to a concert last night, battling the vigorous winds of Denmark with our Donkey bikes. So we were in need of an energy boost to start the day at 13:00. We just wandered around not knowing what to eat until we stumbled upon Katz. My friends ordered the brunch options minutes before they stopped serving the brunch🤓. Me and my other pal took the Katz lunch plate😎. The plate had everything you could imagine. Chicken salad🐔, roast beef🐄, bacon🐷, smoked salmon🐟 and fish fillet?! with remoulade?! If you have trouble deciding what to eat, this is the perfect plate to solve your indecisiveness. I was real satisfied. I ate and left no crumbs💅💅💅 as the kids say, but in my case quite literally. Not only did it taste great, it felt great and healthy as well. Whole lotta nutrients.
The place was nice and apparently also the toilets. My friend spent half an hour there, maybe it was the food that rumbled and tumbled his tummy. I would definitely come back here if it were not for the fact that I do not...
Read moreI wish that I had taken photos of the food I ate here. But I can describe the food anyways: Soup of the day: it would have better been called "cheese of the day" because there was more plastic cheese than soup in the plate.
Evening dish Salmon: the description said it comes with radish, cucumber and buckwheat, but it looked more like a Lonely Salmon, 3 blocks of smoked salmon with 3 decorative nano-slices of radish and 10 or 12 grains of burned buckwheat.
Goat Cheese Salad: apparently served with fresh fruits but they were never found. The cheese was almost melted in between two big bread pieces that made me think if I ordered a sandwich instead of a salad. It was a disappointment salad.
It would have been ok if only one dish was bad but I never expected to be disappointed with all the dishes. I am glad that we were not too hungry so we didn't order main courses.

Read moreI passed Katz as I walked by, just wanted a nice and quiet caffe latte after a busy day walking around in Copenhagen. Many guests outside, nobody inside. I was alone, and found me a table by the window after I was corrected for standing by the desk and order, and asked to find me a table before ordering. After a couple of minutes she then asked over the desk if I wanted a coffee. After served by the table, I was asked in a pretty rude way to move to another table as the table I sat at was for four persons. I kindly asked to be seated at my place as it was no other guests present, she replied "no, they will come" so I had to move to a smaller table.... So unexpected and uncomfortable, and not very welcoming. Bad service attitude from the girl behind the desk. Now I am finished with my coffee, and four 2other persons inside.... The...
