Il Ponte — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

We went to the restaurant and thought that we get some good food and service. We were wrong. We paid 69 DKK (9€) für ONE Bruschetta bread (you can see it in the image). It tasted good, but it was completely overpriced. I know that Copenhagen is expensive, but not that expensive. After we we had this one Bruschetta bread we got the wrong meal (one with Beef instead of vegetarian noodles). Mistakes can happen, but don’t roll your eyes on us. My Truffle Spaghetti were a 2/5. I didn’t taste the truffle and I would say you should taste at least a little truffle in „Truffle Spaghetti“ 😅 Apart of the truffle it tasted ok. That’s why I give it 2 out of 5 stars. I would definitely not recommend...

Terrible service / organisation We had to wait 30min outside because our table wasn‘t ready. He offered us 2 glasses of white wine while waiting (finish reading). After long time we could order. But he forgot to bring us our appetizer and so I had to order a 2. meal after the main ding because I was still hungry (small portions!).

At the end he had the currage to charge us for the 2 glasses of wine he offered us and bring us to a total of 800Dk for 2 persons.

Service is also slow and needs 15min to bring the bill.

Can‘t recommand this place after this. If you want to enjoy the evening do...

Don’t recommend for the service.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. It wasn’t very busy (this already tells me something about the restaurant). The food was very delicious, however the service was not very pleasant. The manager literally put the menu on the plates (where I was going to eat) . He also didn’t try to treat me nicely. I noticed that he treated the more adult looking customers better, and smiled to other customers while never smiled while taking my order. The waitress was better, she at least was neutral.
