Have you ever wanted to take a small adventure?
I have, I like to walk around town and just let my senses take me places, today those senses took me to a hidden gem, something that caught my nose and my eyes.
From the street i could hint at something interequing. Something adventures, something amazing. I walked in, and i got greeted first with cents of wonder and then a greeting that felt like i was a long-lost family member who had finally returned home,

A meal that gave me more than a full stomach, Something that taught me history, friendship, and comradery all condensed into a dancing flavor vessel of a meal,
Today i had my world rocked. I had a Bánh Mì, but not just any Bánh Mì , this one felt like a hug but this hug came with a side of gyoza a small noddle dumpling, fried with chicken and veggies inside to perfection, crisp and juicy.

Read moreFirst time was a charm, second time was not. First time I was asked by the friendly staff if I wanted fresh chilli, what sauce I would like, etc. It was a good experience, and the chicken noodle bowl was absolutely delicious. Second time - which was like only two weeks later, price was totally raised, I actually understand the adjustments as I had previously checked the menu but it just doesn’t feel so considerate and I had this feeling that it’s gonna be just another usual restaurant in cph which was defs not the feeling I wanted. A handful of fresh herbs like coriander and mint would have made a big difference. Still, it was a delicious and satisfying meal, and I’d definitely go back when I’m craving Vietnamese food.
One downside was that they don’t have a bathroom available for customers, which took away from the overall experience and service. It’s a small thing, but something to...
