Pasta Mania — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Just got outside this place and is definitely a scam. I ordered the ravioli that, as the menu says, is coming with salmon, sauce and pistachio sauce as well. As you can see in the picture there is no pistachio at all. I first talked with the waitress, she told me she was too busy and that she will talk with her boss about it. I waited and when I approached her again she was laughing at my face and told me that by talking with her boss she meant she would talk with him as soon she will see him, she couldn’t care less about give me any kind of help. At that point the guy from the kitchen talk to me and apparently by putting pistachio sauce on the menu they meant it should taste like it but not coming with it or something similar. He offered me something else to eat but I didn’t wanted to get anything at this point but a refund, that I never had. Especially the lady tried to make me look like I was annoying but I think is normal to complain if you order something that it should have an ingredient in it but then is missed. I was super respectful about it and I don’t get why I been treated like this. Just be aware that you might order something out the menu and get something completely different, if you will say something you will...

I wanted to go to this place for a long time - it smelled very nice when I passed by a few times! But unfortunately it was a disappointment 😔

I took number 10 - ravioli with salmon. There was not a lot of flavor and pasta tasted weird, I didn’t enjoy at all. But salmon itself was nice. My boyfriend ordered number 4 with beef and it tasted a bit better, meat was very tender, but still something was off. I would have cooked things better at home, given the same ingredients.

Out of good things - no complaints at the service, a lot of sauce, very big portion, nice menu that’s easy to choose from,...

Why have I given this place a chance for the 3rd time? Every time the food has been almost tasteless ... The dish that I ordered had a minimal amount of the mentioned ingredients and was instead filled with a mismatch of different veggies. Not delicate at all. Some people have allergies, just saying. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. You can make it better...
