I made a reservation for dinner with my wife to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. We brought our sleepy, just one-week-old baby with us. He has a stroller that's way below Copenhagen standards. I mentioned this in the reservation details. When we entered, we were greeted with bewildered expressions. They made us wait at the side bistro tables for about five minutes, but that wasn't a problem. Then, they took us to the farthest corner of the restaurant, to a terrible table next to an open storage door and a service curtain. While my wife and I were still celebrating the joy of our baby, we were denied a more suitable table, citing our baby's small vehicle as an excuse. The table I mentioned has nothing to do with the reservation; they wouldn't have been able to find a customer for that table even if they waited all week. When our request wasn't met, we went to the Amager branch of the same brand. Fortunately, the place's layout and waiter service were excellent. Our low spirits were replaced by laughter. For a restaurant in this price range, the quality of service and satisfaction shouldn't be comparable. I don't recommend the Tivoli Hallen branch. Also, the Tivoli view is only available from the outdoor terrace during the summer season. Don't rely on this information to go there. This incident occurred on Monday, September 15th, not a busy day....
