Very good sushi for Europe, everything was quite fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly. I would have more stars if they had a better selection of sushi. They have a good selection of larger, specialty rolls such as "Dragon" roll.
Their selection of traditional sushi and nigiri is much smaller with maybe two types of maki's (avocado or cucumber) and no unagi or tamago. I realize the unagi might be hard to get fresh in their region, and therefore the reluctance to have it. Also making the tamago egg is an art in itself, so although this is standard fare in most sushi restaurants, it may be hard to find in Denmark.
I did like that when we asked for a nigiri that was not on their menu, when they had the ingredients, they made it and made it well. In this case, my son wanted ikura (salmon roe nigiri) and it was fresh and good. They were also careful enough not to include wasabi for his sushi...

This woman came to us and without any courtesy she directly went “if the food is not from our shop, you need to throw them away”. The couple next to me were kinda startled because they had food from this shop and from another shop. It’s really a shame that this shop has this type of employees.

Read moreThe sushi was good, I had the spicy green dragon and the little sushi lovers. The only thing is that the teriyaki on the spicy green dragon (which wasn't spicy) tasted a little at odds with some of the other flavors of the roll but it wasn't bad. It wasn't busy when we went around 5pm/1700, it just rook us a moment to find as it was tucked away in a back corner of the market it's nestled in. My favorite type of raw fish is salmon and thwy did not skinp out on that! I recommend the sushi lovers plate which has more traditional rolls and nigiri. I would like to see more options with the special rolls that didn't involve something fried...
