I did like the all the dishes, but I think the service where missing. We bought vine menu to the dinner, but all we got was one white vine in a can. When I read vine menu, I expect to get different, at least both red and white vine! Combined with the price for the vine menu, the price doesn't add up. This is where the waiter should have been more service oriented, and guided me. We ordered bubbles when we arrived. Looking closer at the bill on the way home, we found that the bubbles where charged higher then what the price where announced in the restaurant. Read moreA couple of years ago I visited Høst and I was blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. So when I booked a table at Vespa I had high expectations. But I was really disappointed. The antipasti was pretty tasteless and dull. The table for two were too small to fit all the plates. I had the risotto and it was soggy and overcooked and tasted nothing else than green peas. My wife hade the chicken and it was completely tasteless. The vine pairing was also a disappointment. Read morePerfect - if you’re not hungry. The portions are microscopic. We were a party of 20 and there was one normal serving for each four people to share. We’ll need to go to either 7Eleven or McDonalds after this absurd ripoff.
Besides the minuscule servings, the space here is ultra tight so you sit like on a packed commuter train. If that tickles your fancy, this could be the place for you.
