We entered this establishment on Sunday morning (26/11/23) and ordered two (5) serving brunch course, a medium cafe latte, and a medium matcha latte. Service was okay - the service has a set it, and forget it type of interface. We selected our five items off the brunch menu and handed the menu to the waitress. Approximately fifteen minutes later, we received our food. The coffee was the best part of our visit. The only gripe related to drinks was that the medium cafe latte was served in what felt like a small mug.

The food looked really appealing upon delivery to our table. This opinion did not hold for long.

2 Organic Fried Eggs - they chef put way too much herb salt on the eggs. I'm not sure if he was trying to cure the egg from how much salt there was on the yolk. The salt overpowered any flavor that could have been on the eggs. When I checked the bottom of the eggs, they egg whites were basically brown and dry. The chef cooked them for too long.

Organic Scrambled Eggs - flavorless and bland. The texture in the eggs was similar to gelatin and there was no salt, seasoning on it. While chives were part of this dish, there weren't very many chives in here.

Organic Skyr - the organic skyr did not have the acidity found in conventional Icelandic Skyr. It had the texture of 38% fat creme fraiche (it was really thick) and we found the skyr was closer to being a Greek yogurt than Icelandic skyr. The apple cinnamon compote had a watery texture, it was very runny. The choco chia granola was the only component that was flawless here.

Smoothie Bowl - saccharin sweet. Acutely sweet. The texture was good, nice color and presentation but the sugar overpowered any flavor related to the ingredients within the dish. I picked up some lime and a lot of sugar. There was not much banana or blackcurrant flavor to be found within the smoothie.

Cold Smoked Salmon - the salmon was hardly smoked and tasted old. The fish taste was strong on both of the dishes we were both served. Maybe they received an old batch of salmon, but we certainly did not receive the clean salmon taste that we have picked up in the past. The herb mayo helped mask the fishy taste.

Fried Crispy Bacon - generously cut bacon pieces with a nice usage of thyme for the presentation. The bacon is thick cut and cooked properly (not dry and brittle). This was excellent and had a nice bite.

A Message to the Chef:

Stop talking about your personal drama and being so opinionated with other staff members. My wife and I were distracted by your rants. You need to focus on your job to ensure the food comes out properly cooked and seasoned. I correlated the environment you created to that of hipster environments in East Nashville and Southern California. Tame your tongue and focus on...

Extremely busy for Sunday brunch which I guess shows how popular it is! I noticed the majority of customers were Danish, so again a good sign. I was one person and waited a couple of minutes for a seat but for larger groups I can imagine it can be difficult. Whilst I was here I noticed the crowd cane in waves so pick your time right and you could be here in a lull moment.

You have a choice of selecting 5 (135) or 7 (165) items from a menu at a fixed price, not including coffee or juice. The selection is pretty good and everything seems to be prepared fresh. Quantity is really good and tasty though price wise it is more expensive than a few other places I've been for brunch.

The menu had a good selection of Vegetarian and you could also get a Vegan option as I understood. I also noticed they had take away food and lots of locals just took their brunch/ breakfast away with them. It's a little off the standard tourist track but I still did spot a few tourists in here. I noticed that not very many people linger here though. So not as relaxed an atmosphere but still friendly. Staff were very helpful, all smiles and a usual English is no issue. They even explained the concept where you pick what you want on a check list card and have on at the counter.

Is definitely recommend for brunch (which runs 9-15) and next time I'll...

Food was good but the service was horrible. We were informed when we arrived that they were understaffed but that doesn't really excuse rude behavior from staff. Our waiter did not welcome us and on multiple occasions they snapped at us. We ordered and multiple of the drink orders were wrong and they made it seem like it was our fault? They were not flexible with payment. Since we were a bigger group we wanted to pay at the same time but put in our orders whenever we were ready but this wasn't possible according to the waiter so they wanted us to pay every single time we ordered something instead of just putting it all in one transaction. After saying we won't be doing that they accepted we would pay all together but this did we did not order more after the first payment. Again the food was good but the waiters needs to know it's not the customer's fault they are understaffed and it's not okay to snap at customers. Won't be...

I really like the concept of pick a few small plates so you get a little of everything for brunch. They are small so its not really a sharing with others kind of set up but 5 for 145dkk and a hot drink was filling enough. The food was all delicious but the best was the croque. They had an ordering card in English (and one in Danish) so that was helpful. Plenty of indoor and outside seating options, so good to be able to sit outside with a stroller. They had blankets and there were some tables with heaters. The only reason it didn't get a 5th star was because they messed up my drink order twice, I had to ask 3 times for the outdoor heaters to be turned on, all the outside chairs were wet and it was near impossible to get cutlery that they forgot to give me when I ordered without having to get back in the long cue.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, like ever! Had the early bird special. Very simple breakfast and ingredients but the best of each. The coffee is wonderful, strong, and the cream is different than American, heavier with more flavor. The breakfast had extremely fresh eggs and the sausage is more dense and very tasty. The bread is warm and thin and dense with Scandinavian butter which was perfect for breakfast. The avocado matched each of the ingredients and paired well with the entire plate. Everyone helping me, a foreigner, was very nice and helpful. One young lady hung my coat after it fell, just such good people. This is a must for Copenhagen. I would rate well over 5 stars!
