CHIFA Chef Chino, Galapagos Chinese Food — Restaurant in Parroquia Bella Vista

I was bitten by a swarm of insects that hovered around my legs the entire time. My pork buns arrived 20 minutes after I had finished eating my plate of noodles. To top it all off, I was told that if I wanted to take the 2-liter bottle of expired Sprite I had already paid for, I would need to pay another $2 because of a bottle deposit they would get back. The purchase price listed on the bottle was less than $2 (around $1.19), so how could they get more than the cost of the bottle back? I told the waitress I didn't want the bottle for the extra $2, but when she returned my change, she kept $2 anyway. I asked for it back and then left. Ordered simple rice with chicken wok and it took more that an hour , the combo came with lemonade supposedly however the staff forgot about it , had to remind the waiter about my drink and after 20 minutes it arrived (When the bartender made the drink he made sure him and the waitress will get a taste right ? ) the food was massively unflavored also. Iniciando por lo puntual, no es comida rápida si vas a ir piensa en pedir unas bebidas y dedicar un tiempo extenso hasta que llegue tu pedido puede variar entre 40 minutos y pasar de una hora. La espera vale la pena… Los productos son frescos y cuidados con respeto, no es alta cocina pero quien los labora tiene técnica. El pez brujo o cigarra de mar(Pontinus clemensi) es la insignia en la gastronomía de Galapagos y en Chifa Chef Chino lo preparan muy bien, puedo decir que es el mejor de los que he degustado en mis vistas a las tres islas principales del archipiélago, la salsa en el cual se prepara y la salsa picante harán que pidas más del archipiélago una vez. El cerdo y arroz al wok no se quedan atrás la preparación es diferente al continente la preparación se acerca mucho a las tres islas china tomen en cuenta que es comida fusión.
