Here is my response to their reply:

You didn't ask for a downpayment, I'm not sure how you are so sure that we refused to pay while you didn't ask in the first place.

The second thing we have told the person who made the reservation that we are in Hurghada and this is you who know the regulations not US, so would be more professional if the person receiving calls makes sure that we are inside or outside Gouna because supposedly you're the experts. So, i don't know why you say its unfair while you can spend this time training your staff to do better job than taking the time to reply with nonsense stuff that you didn't even bother yourself to say we are sorry for wasting your time and then start explaining yourself, which is should be enough for people reviewing your place to see how would you handle a problem at your place!!

We booked through the phone and drove for one hour and upon arrival we found no confirmation of our booking at the gate we had to return. Don't recommend, poor service, lack of professionalism. We just wasted two hours driving and the staff didn't bother to confirm the booking or fix...

This evening I visited Mios with my daughter and we were so amazed! We are frequently in Gouna and have visited all the fish restaurants here but this was our first time going to Mios. Safe to say we will be coming back. This will be our go-to restaurant from now on. The location is so scenic and light, the service is excellent and the food is fresh and delightful.
