I’m kind of sad to write this review because my first experience here a year ago was a lot better but it’s probably only because I ordered shisha and a juice. This time I decided to try the sushi and they told me they ran out of salmon. Then I had to place my order a few times until they finally got it. It seemed a bit hectic so might have been some confusion between the servers. The hookah servers were great tho and came around regularly. It took at least 30 minutes to get my drink because I ordered it from a random busboy since my waiter never even brought the water I asked for. I had high hopes for their sushi but was pretty disappointed. It didn’t taste fresh at all so I gave a lot of it to the cute cats around. Their wifi was also down. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I can't keep quiet here. I ordered pasta, asked for it like in my picture. I asked for it not spicy and some red pasta. It came with cheese (I don't eat it) and the pasta was just swimming in oil. When I asked to change it, they brought me about the same thing only without cheese. It was spicy and tasteless. Solid oil. I wanted to order one coffee from the menu, but they said that they don't do that. Why add something to the menu that isn't there? The service is slow, the waiters don't speak English. They charged me 223 Egyptian pounds, I asked for a discount because I was hungry, and can't really eat this, but they refused. I wish this place would close forever😡😡🤬 bad food, bad service. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal The food was absolutely delicious full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Every dish I tried was better than the last! I especially loved pasta and steak If you’re looking for a place with great food, excellent service and a cozy ambiance, this is the spot.
