This is a very popular restaurant in the KCC Mall. There are other restaurants with good food but my wife and I usually go to KFC restaurant to eat when we are there. The chicken is excellent, so when my wife and myself go there, I usually order a chicken meal, which, also, comes with gravy, mashed potatoes, and a brownie. The chicken is always tasty and I never got pieces of chicken that are mostly bone. Sometimes I also order cream of mushroom soup with my chicken meal, which is not expensive and good. If you come with a group (or are having a party at home), you can get a bucket of chicken with food accompanyments. You will aso get good chicken if you order the boneless chicken in their orders of chicken bites and fun shots. I suspect that their other kinds of food are good too, but I am speaking only of the food I know about from experience. There is nothing fancy about the restaurant, typically for a mall restaurant. You order food at the front counter, and it will be brought to your table when it is ready. You will not have to wait long for your food. The workers there are always helpful when you ask for something. At lunch time, though the restaurant has ample seating, the restaurant may be filled up. If I arrive at lunch time and it is filled up, my wife and I go about the mall, catching up on purchases, and then go to this restaurant a bit later. This is a badly run KFC. Service is extremely slow because management is bad. People had to wait over 1 hour to get food (ordering was slow, getting food was slow). Management had a lot of staff in the kitchen making food so there was a lot of chicken piled up, but only 1 staff to take orders and 1 staff to pack the food and give it to the customers. The staff packing the food was very lazy and slow. Even though there are 15 people in front of him waiting for food, he decides to unpack Pepsi cans into the fridge even though the fridge has so much Pepsi inside already. 15 minutes we all watched him pack Pepsi. He was the only one packing food. After packing Pepsi, he left. Nobody was packing any food. Behind me already 20 people waiting. Nobody working on packing food. Manager comes out to pack food but he is very slow. One order at a time only. He picks up the chicken and the bread with his hands (no plastic cover) and when he wants to hold many bread at the same time, he holds it against his belt on his pants. So unclean. If the health inspector was there that day, surely they would have been fined. Terrible management. I love KFC, but this branch/location is really bad. It Brings back old KFC vibes in the taste very original very fresh and has an actual fresh chickens lol not bad dead stored ones .
