I haved call to this company searching for balloon fly in the sunrise for me and my husband, they tell us that they could do this. First, they tell us that they will pick up us in the hotel at 5:40am, what sounds strange but they promised that will be enough time before the sunrise to get the balloon up. So they pick up us in 5:40am and a few more persons and tell us to wait a guide to bring us to the ballon, but the guide only arrives at 06:30 when the sunrise already happened, and all the others balloons was in the sky. We call to the company, and they still telling us to wait more and more, the thing is, we lost the sunrise and they didn’t care, they promised us to be in the sky on the sunrise and they didn’t do that. They have no word and we can’t trust in this company. So, we and another guys canceled the fly. Don’t trust in...

The balloon service itself was great, and the piloting staff were professional and reliable. However, the company charged me EGP 1,800, but I discovered that one woman on the same balloon ride paid EGP 1,300 for the same trip.

The company later made excuses that the woman had paid a deposit in advance, and that the EGP 1,300 was the remaining deposit. However, I am still in touch with her because we became friends, and she confirmed that her total bill was EGP 1,300.

Réservé par get my guide. Contacté la veille au soir, par mes soins, par précaution pour avoir confirmation. On me confirme que tout est ok. Par WhatsApp on me propose un vol plus tôt et plus cher, je refuse, puis un vol à la même heure plus cher car moins nombreux, je refuse. Puis on me dit que le deuxièmement vol est annulé car pas assez de monde. On me propose le premier vol, que j'accepte s'il est au même prix. Le vol est alors annulé car on annonce du vent!! Je suis sur place aucun vent ce soir. On me dit qu'il y a 19 autres compagnies pour un vol! Bref, annulent au dernier moment faute de monde en prétextant un risque pour les passagers. Un remboursement est proposé. J'espère qu'il aura lieu. Une soirée et une matinée de vacances perdues à cause de cette compagnie. Choisissez en une autre! Rq: par get my guide il est impossible de laisser un avis comme la prestation n'a pas été effectuée! C'est pourquoi il n'y a que des avis positifs. La prestation est surement très bien...à condition qu'elle ait lieu!

Suite à La réponse du prestataire: C' est facile et faux de prétendre ne pas être sur get my guide J'ai les tickets sur mon portable...via get my guide et c'est le même numéro de téléphone qu'en direct (je ne me permettrais pas cela sans être sûre de moi!!!) On vous harponne avec des prix plus faibles puis on vous propose de rajouter. Si vous acceptez, je pense que le vol doit avoir lieu...sinon il est annulé à cause du vent.

Aujourd'hui, en passant en direct, et en payant 80 euros et non 55 comme prétendument sur get my guide....on est partis! Pas de problème de vent! C'était le même prestataire: même téléphone etc... Il ne faut pas raconter n'importe quoi!
