Chi Nautica — Restaurant in Tallinn

We went here for lunch after arriving from a ship from Finland. We ordered 3 kinds of noodles and a spring roll.

Pad Thai was waaaaaaay toooooo sweet. The beef stir fried noodles Was a bit better than the pad Thai, but it's a bit salty. The stir fried noodles that my daughter has had the better taste. The spring roll mozzarella was the sole "okay". . I am really sorry but the flavours/ or how they seasoned it are really not according to our liking. Even the female crew were a bit IMPOLITE!. She approached us with always an unfriendly face or gesture. POUTING lips. She took the plates without asking, as soon as we stopped eating. Not even a word. Only the spring roll was finished. Everything else, was half eaten.

I'm sorry but I won't recommend this place.

Sometimes if the food is not that okay at least give the best service you can give to balance it. If you want to get frustrated with the service, you really should go here.

Service is One star, Atmosphere 3 and Food taste is 3. I have been to this place many times, they really have very poor service. They disregard returning customer's feedback as they are surviving on New Tourists everyday. They are not Prepared for Lunch Menu , sometimes we have to wait for an Hour for lunch to get served , which was not as hot as made fresh. And when we Talked about it with the guy on counter. His reply was - ' WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT". No Apologies for wasting our time, CURTSEY LESS! Very less likely to say 'Takurji's Place'.

And this is it - They have lost two potential long term customers today.

If you are not Prepared for Lunch Menu please don't serve lunch. In food industry it's very important to understand the customer and their needs. No one has time to waste for your mismanagement.

Solution - Visit 'Guru Restaurant' or 'Goa Restaurant' instead better place , sincere staff...

Food was extremely nice, I ordered a chicken tikka masala that was nice, and I had a rotti with it which was freshly made and complimented the curry extremely well. I also ordered banana Lassi, this was probably my favourite it was amazing, it's basically a banana milkshake type thing, If you like banana you NEED to try it. Very good staff, they served very well they were extremely smart well dressed and didn't intrude too much when you ate. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and peaceful a lovely place to eat. I would definitely recommend it if you visit the Nautica...
