Sushi rolls look beautiful, but don't taste well - you will feel taste of a sauce, not a fish, so sushi's are not perfect. It might be better to serve sauces separately. I have asked not to put Philadelphia cheese into some rolls, waitress told me that it is ok, but my request was absolutely ignored - I've got rolls with cheese. Please don't ignore your customer requests next time, I beg you!.. It was takeaway order. It took 40 minutes to prepare 2 sushi sets, really? Moreover, other people who have ordered their sushi sets after me have received them earlier - why?! Seemed that my takeaway order was with less priority than usual order - not fair! Waitress hadn't asked me how many cutlery sets do I need, but she should do so because it was not in-door service, it was takeaway.

Such was not the case last time I was here: me and my colleague ordered food using the QR code at the same time, but I had to wait for almost an hour to get the food. He did not get it at all - the order was "lost" in the system, despite assurances by the staff that it's coming. Having lost patience, he asked for a refund - but that is also not as straightforward - that requires sending an email. Abysmal service, no compensation offered, not even an apology.
