Sesoon — Restaurant in Tallinn

Visited for Sunday brunch. Adult ticket €12, child ticket €6. There's a good selection of breakfast foods and desserts, also a few hot dishes. My favourites were the potato and feta cheese salads and apple crumb cake. Coffee, tea and juice drinks (from concentrate) are complementary. Was surprised there weren't any egg dishes, porridge or other traditional breakfast foods but it's possible they just ran out. The place was very busy and loud, seems to be popular with families so there were screaming kids everywhere. Ended up sitting at a dirty table as we missed the hostess in all the commotion and just sat at the first available table which they did bus later on. The interior is nice but the location itself is very plain compared to other cute buildings in the Kalamaja...

Without a shadow of a doubt, this place takes five stars.

The food is incredible. Traditional eastern European food presented in a modern, innovative way.

Service was incredibly prompt.

The price was so very reasonable. I fell in love with this place - it is obvious that the person in the kitchen loves food, it's obvious the person who runs this place cares about community. Good food should never alienate anyone, and from what I understand after subsequently speaking to locals - this place is very open and loved by all.

Made reservation month before and they tried to call 1,5h before the reservation that the reservation is cancelled without reason. I was noy able to answer. We came to restaurant 10min before the reservation time and they just said and they cannot serve anything for us due to some tourist group. No compensation, no sorries. No email or sms to inform the cancelling. Sucking with handling the reservations. Also one thing to note is that brunch is available only at sundays which is information not presented in website. I guess the food would have been great though. Unfortunately, we did not have change...
