So disappointed. First experience: cute small place. We wanted to start with with jasmine tea. We got it when the food came. I orded Pho and shrimps dim sum and my friend orded pork dumplings. I sat on the other side - so I saw the kitchen, we also noticed that it took longer time for our food then the rest that came later. I saw when the chef pour the soup and was like “oh our food is coming soon” cuz nobody had the soup. Then we waited more. When the food finally came and not in the same time - my soup wasn’t even hot!! When u are going to enjoy a homemade pho it should be so hot so the vegetables going to steam in the soup - my vegetable was still hard = soup is not hot enough. I tried to get help but they both just pass our table and then when my dim sum came, I tried to talk to her but she just went and I was so hungry so I ate that instead and put my soup on the side so they could understand something. The end of the dinner the waitress came and asked me if everything was alright with the soup and I tried to say it in a nice way that my jasmin tea is hotter and still hotter then the soup. I thought then I could get offer a new dish or something else. She didn’t asked me if I wanted a new dish or ANYTHING. I went out from the restaurant hungry. And the worst thing was that they were speaking Vietnamese language and I’m from Vietnam too and said to each other “she didn’t think the soup was warm enough” I work in the resturant industry and this was so disappointing. I don’t recommend to even try the soup, cuz you have other places near that serve pho soup MUCH better. I didn’t want to do a scenario because I’m working in the restaurant industry also but if you ask a guest/costumer about the food and you see that the person didn’t even touch the food - do something about it. I went to Henry’s pub and orded me a...

Read moreI used to like Lie Mi a lot back when it was located along Hämeentie and somewhere else in Kamppi. The curry duck was and may still be great, at least during lunch time. Came here for the first time after years, willing to try something different. Alright, I had the Korean bowl with tofu. I know, getting Korean food from a Viet place doesn’t seem to make much sense, but the dish looked great on the menu. Unfortunately it wasn’t, and must say it’s been some of the worst food I’ve ever had to pay for. Well, the actual dish didn’t look much like in the picture in the first place. Later I was explained that sometimes they don’t have all ingredients available. That’s understandable, but what I got was short in half of em. It was pretty much a bowl stuffed with mushy, plain rice with pieces of fried tofu on top and covered with a bunch of crushed nori. Couldn’t tell whether it was the copious nori on top or something else but the whole thing smelled musty. I was honestly disgusted by it and had a hard time eating at least the tofu for the sake of eating something. At the end I regretfully paid while expressing my disappointment to the waiter/cashier who was nice from beginning to end. Kudos to the kind-hearted guy! But otherwise I hope they take this disgraceful dish out of the menu or make amends for it. I think I’ll never come back after...
