Restaurant Fusion - Kamppi — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I tried the restaurant two times in the same week. The first time, I had an amazing experience with everything food, service, and hospitality. I decided to come and visit again after a positive experience.

The second time was really different. The waiter was very uncomfortable. She mentioned the cost many times, like she was warning me or something about the value and the fact that they offer great value for money, but she was very naive to misposition the customer. She insisted I must pay in advance, which was very weired and inappropriate in a restaurant that doesn't sell street food or target take -away customers. In addition, at the first time, I paid after I got the great service because the waiter was professional, and that's why he deserved good appreciation tips. Even after telling her, she continues speaking about many things that don't make sense at all. The only reason I took the decision to eat again is the fact I was very hungry😂 and tbey really have a great food quality.

As someone who appreciates hospitality sometimes even more than food, I will not...

We went there on two consecutive days after enjoying our experience the first time. Good tasting food like the steak, lamb (on the hot stone), and the chicken korma. You can also help yourself to a salad buffet and bread & soup. Good value for money. BUT we had a not-so-nice experience with the waitress on the 2nd visit. The first day, we were served by a nice waiter (of Asian descent). He was patient, took time to explain the menu, and when we ordered some additional sides, he clarified and made sure we got the correct dish. Forward to the next day, and we got a waitress (Caucasian). We ordered and got our orders, but the rice side dish was not the same as the day before. When we queried about this, she was most impatient, curt, and bordering on rude! And appeared more interested in serving the Swedish couple on the next table. Spoilt what was otherwise pleasant meal. I still recommend that you try the restaurant for its good food and value for money. Just hope for a patient...

11/10 Perfect experience, haven’t been this satisfied in a long time!

I was honestly surprised by how good this place is. Fusion doesn’t feel like your typical buffet at all. The food was super fresh and actually tasted like something you’d get at a proper restaurant, not a reheated buffet.

The teppanyaki was cooked right in front of us, and those brazilian skewers were amazing. They also had a Italian theme going on when we visited, and everything was well seasoned and nicely presented.

The vibe was really nice too! clean, modern, and not too noisy. Staff were really helpful and caring. Definitely coming back to see what the next theme is.

And the price for that quality and experience is unbeatable must...
