Noura Street Food — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

I have come to this resto without seeing the reviews and that I regret. The beef wrap classic beef I don’t recommend as it is full sour tase even tho I took the pickle out and I purchase extra harissa sauce which she first didn’t put in it and when I ask her nicely she told me to bring it there when I did that she already had two packet of packed harissa not the made at restaurant one and gave me a bad attitude with that after all I left taking it and couldn’t even finished the wrap or sandwich. I like the concept. The food is ok. Nevertheless, the service is a bit unorganized even thought friendly.

I came with a friend a ordered to eat there. The waiter kept on coming asking if the order (by name) was for us even thought I told him my name literally 10 times. It was funny.

They’ve mistaken with my order. I’ve ordered a Falafel burger and they gave me a Kafta burger instead. But I’m not vegetarian so I didn’t mind.

The prices are a bit high but you kinda get used to it in that neighborhood.

Hopefully the service will get better eventually so...

Une expérience comme rarement elle fut mauvaise...

11h55, un jeudi : juste avant le rush habituel, donc pas d'attente. Le personnel, aligné en rangs d'oignons, n'est pas désagréable mais pas chaleureux pour autant. Ayant eu vent de la bonne réputation de l'enseigne, je décide de tester à la Défense

J'opte pour la formule à 16,50€ avec des mezzes chauds, un burger et une tarte abricot. Mon collègue une assiette froide. Nous décidons de déjeuner sur place, le restaurant étant encore calme.

Le tout arrive assez rapidement, dans des emballages dignes des mauvais souvenirs de la cantine scolaire (même McDo fait mieux). Sur la forme, zéro pointé.

Et alors sur le fond... Les mezzes n'avaient littéralement AUCUN GOÛT (c'est embêtant quand un professionnel de la restauration n'arrive pas à différencier les goûts de 3 viandes différentes dans 3 différentes bouchées...).

Quant au burger, il était tiède (en début de service avec 0 client dans le resto, inacceptable), et le kefta n'avait aucun goût, écrasé par une sauce moutarde qui flingue l'ensemble. Le dessert était également insipide. Pas mauvais, car sans aucun goût.

Pour 16,50€, clairement le sentiment d'avoir été volé. Petite touche finale : les nombreux emballages (rappel : nous avons mangé sur place) doivent être jetés dans la même poubelle. Ne pas permettre au client de faire le tri sélectif en 2019, c'est juste honteux.
