Monzù Promenade Sainte Catherine — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Very nice restaurant and atmosphere. The pizza was appetising and super delicious. The downpart was however, we needed to wait around 50 minutes to get our food and nobody informed us that it will take this long time. Moreover, 3 out of our 6 friends get their food first, and the rest of us needed to wait 10-15 extra minutes for our pizzas.

Overall the restaurant and food did definitely worth to wait for this long time but would be nice with better logistic...

• J'étais tellement heureux de trouver un Café Italien... mais le Cappuccino n'en était pas vraiment un.
• Malgré le cadre, le Cappuccino est à proscrire. Svp, engagez donc un Barista.

Superbe emplacement en plein coeur du CV de Bordeaux. Magnifique terrasse avec de la verdure et un arbre qui apporte de la fraicheur.

Notre serveuse n'était pas très enthousiaste de nous servir, très froide. Nous avions l'impression de déranger. Par contre, une autre qui était au Bar était très aimable.

J'ai du retourner le Cappuccino car c'était plus un café au lait que un Cappuccino. la mousse du lait n'était pas montée correctememt (pleine de bulles d'air et donc trop liquide) le café, masqué par le lait (Peut etre que les proportions était déséquilibrée ou le café trop faible) et pas de crema.

Un Cappuccino à 5 euro dans un Café se revendiquant "Italien" se doit d'être un Cappuccino et non un café leger avec un peu de lait chauffé.

Cela peut arriver. Par contre, déçu de la réaction du service qui aurait pu réagir face à la remarque. Au lieu de cela, elle a juste recuperer le cappuccino non bu, comme si de rien n'était...

Je n'ai donc pas bu ce brevage, et l'ai retourné au Bar, pris un Expresso à la place. Mais j'ai bien payé les...

My only complaint for this place is the opening time in Google/website display 12-22h30 but in fact when I’ve arrived at 17h30 on Sunday, it has a big sign blocking the entrance saying the service will start at 7pm and waiters were outside preparing the tables and didn’t bother to explain nothing.
