AMAMO Speciality Coffee CANNES — Restaurant in Grasse

The vibe is cool, the location is central and the coffee is top. I visited Cannes only for the day, but as a coffee geek, I had to try several coffees, and they were all very good: espresso, piccolo, flat white as well as V60 Gesha and some other coffee from Ethiopia (also V60). They were all very good coffees, and well extracted. They do their own roasts as well. I've been a home barista for 4 years, and I can appreciate the process. The barista at Amamo is world class (a lot of attention to the puck preparation, like measuring coffee, doing WDT, etc). A wonderful place near the centre of the city and the port with amazing staff - both are very nice and have great positive energy and like to interact if you endorse it. and also, the great selection of coffee - you can get hot or iced filters, cold brews, pink latte, or espresso based drinks, of course. they also serve some croissants and snacks. I highly recommend to try either the pink latte or iced v60 with their best coffee. I highly recommend to come through here and experience for yourself, it was the only specialty coffee I had in France while I was on holiday...

Stopped by with my wife and daughters, and the place didn't disappoint. My wife got a cold coffee with milk, and I opted for an Espresso on the rocks since it was a very hot day. The coffee was fantastic, perfectly crafted to beat the heat. I was particularly impressed by the barista's kindness, humor, and deep knowledge of coffee.
