Happy hour?! We asked if it was happy hour because it said do on a blackboard (just to be sure). Yes it is the young lady replied. Then we would like a Magners and a Carlsberg beer. Coming up! A little later we asked for the second round. Coming up! We even had dinner. Then we asked for the I'll. The young lady from earlier was gone by then. The bill was almost €10 more than expected so afterward (our mistake) we asked how come? Magners is not included in happy hour. Doesn't say so on the blackboard. The new young lady said it does on the menu. But we didn't look at the menu when we ordered our drinks. Furthermore we explicitly asked if the drinks were on happy hour. De new young lady said the girl before didn't know the rules cause she was new. So now it's our problem that the staff is...

Why do you guys serve your Irish breakfast (purée et saucisses irlandaises) in a bowl?? I mean it's so easy and practical to eat food that is meant to be eaten with a knife and a fork isn't ?... ..It doesn't matter if your plates look trendy or not just think a little bit about how we customers eat (and the weight your employees have to carry)... We're people trying to look decent when eating, if you see what I mean.

Unprofessional handling of card payment – charged twice!

I visited this Irish pub with friends and we ordered 3 IPA beers (26 €). So far, so good. Unfortunately, there were issues with the card reader during payment – and even though it was supposedly charged only once, I was charged twice on my bank account.

That’s unacceptable. No apology, no explanation, no follow-up – they simply took the money twice. It comes across as unprofessional and leaves a very bitter impression, especially when you're just trying to enjoy the vacation.

I expect a quick refund and will definitely not recommend this place as long as customers are...
