Jazz Café Brasserie Pizzéria — Restaurant in Nice

COLD-BLOODED owner/waitress/waiters !! My kid wanted to use a restroom badly yesterday. I asked them if they could please allow him to use theirs. They directly denied saying it's only for customers. But we were going to catch the tour bus in a few minutes and wouldn't have enough time to order anything. They insisted and refused to make an exception even for a 7-year kid. I believe most French are nice. But they are NOT GOOD PEOPLE in here. Check other reviews, apparently we are not the only one. And the owner makes "funny" replies trying to fight back the bad reviews without shame and thinks that's "smart". But I can tell almost every single line you've put in here so far makes you deserve more bad reviews. We said hello to you. But if we are not welcome, then fine, you deserve another bad review! Don’t go there if you don’t know French. The personnel was super rude to me, the waiter wouldn’t even look at me, he totally looked in anther direction. When I asked for the WiFi password, the guy said he can only show it on his phone and then he shows me his wallpaper, where there was middle finger basically telling me to f”ck off, he took his phone away again and only then presented the QR-code for the WiFi (meaning there was no reason to even show me his wallpaper, he just wanted to). Also, I asked for a lemonade. He brought me half a glass fresh lemon juice, ice, and still water separately, I had to mix it myself. And there was so much lemon juice that when I mixed it I could not drink it at all and left the whole glass, still was charged 5 EUR for it.
